Birch Hills was originally our only pet-friendly property. But good news: we now allow pets at Aspen Village, Providence Court, Maple Valley and Pine Ridge as well!
How do I improve my rental score?
Your rental score may change if the underlying information is based upon changes. To improve your score, concentrate on paying your bills on time, paying down outstanding balances, and removing incorrect information. Your chances of approval may also improve if you apply for an apartment with lower monthly rent, or use a guarantor or co-signer if permitted by management.
How do I pay rent or submit a maintenance request?
Am I responsible for carpet cleaning?
All carpets are professionally cleaned between residents. Due to the large number of apartments we manage, we are able to provide a volume discount from our local professional carpet cleaners. Because of this, we offer our residents the best possible rate while maintaining the quality carpet cleaning service we expect. For your convenience and ours, DABCO will schedule your carpet cleaning after you move, with no add-on charges to you (all receipts available upon request). It’s just another way we work to give you the best service at the fairest cost!
