What properties does DABCO manage across Pullman?

We’re proud to manage properties all across Pullman. Our apartment “villages” include, The Woods @ Dabco, The Stables @ DABCO, and The Classics @ DABCO. We manage one duplex in Clay Court, near SEL (Schweitzer Engineering Labs).

Which properties allow pets?

All of our Big 8 properties now allow pets (Birch Hills, Maple Valley, Pine Ridge, Aspen Village, Providence Court, Pimlico, Churchill Downs, and Emerald Downs). Even better, Birch Hills property includes an expansive dog park! Our Clay Ct. and The Classics properties do not allow pets.

How do I improve my rental score?

Your rental score results from information found in your credit report, background screening, and application data. Such information may include your history of paying bills and rent, the accounts you have, collections and delinquencies, income and debt.

Your rental score may change if the underlying information is based upon changes. To improve your score, concentrate on paying your bills on time, paying down outstanding balances, and removing incorrect information. Your chances of approval may also improve if you apply for an apartment with lower monthly rent, or use a guarantor or co-signer if permitted by management.

How do I pay rent or submit a maintenance request?

We strive to make everything as easy as possible for our residents. When you move in, you will receive access to your Resident Portal to pay rent or schedule a maintenance request, and many other tasks.

Am I responsible for carpet cleaning?

The simple answer is “no”. All carpets are professionally cleaned between residents. Your non-refundable cleaning deposit covers this cost, so there will be nothing extra, or having it come out of your Security/Damage deposit.

What policies do I need to be aware of?

We make it seamless to get information regarding policies and the tenant screening process.

What utilities are included?

DABCO Property Management uses a Ratio Utility Billing System (RUBS) in order to “fair share” the expenses of Utilities.

Our main corporate office is located in Adams Mall! You can visit us at 600 NE Colorado St near Ruby Street Park and the Phi Sigma Kappa & Gamma Phi Beta houses.
